One possiility is that your high school prepared you better for college than the high schools your classmates attended.Even a good student at a average high school may struggle with the more careful stress of a college set of courses because they're not prepared for the course load or they never learned how to write proper essay.Also,many bright students are able to coast through high school. There's so much repetition that they can only half pay attention,is covered once and then the professorr moves on.If your notes aren't good and you haven't read the course materrial,you aren't going to remember what you need to know for exams.So the edge in college really goes to students who've learned how to discipline themselves to take good notes,read the coursework and study for exams.
i agree beacousesome high schools dont really give you the materials needed to survive collage. they dont tell you the things you should know to perpare your self for collage so thats why when alot of students get to collage they start freeking out becouse they dont know where to begin and how to manage their time.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with the statement that highschool doesnt prepare you for college. I think that highschool does prepare you for college. They have classes that I took in highschool that helped me with my time management and etc. I think that some of the students are having a hard time with college because they don't want to or either they never took classes in highscool that they offered to help you with college.
ReplyDeleteI disagree because i don't see any different between high school and College , just college need more work more studies and more focus for evry detail .And some time I agree the college is hard but more success is be gone more easy to every one. also some of people belive college is some thing is difficult but I find is more easier then high school .
ReplyDeleteI agree with the students who said college is very hard becuase high school don't have alot of essays and home works like college but differents between high school and College is you are responsable homework,your time and every thing but when you are in high school you have dad and mother or gardian who standing next to you telling you what to do,helping you with your homework and time to sleep but most of the students they not even live with the family anymore that is why every thing is going to be hard.
